Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Thursday. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will be processed the following business day. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.

Shipping Methods

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. The available shipping methods and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the items in your order and the selected shipping method. The total shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Tracking

You will receive a tracking number per order once we place a shipment and will be able to check the status of your order on the shipping host’s website.

Incomplete or Incorrect Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate and complete shipping information. In the event of an incomplete or incorrect address, additional charges may be charged to correct the address. If the product has shipped, and the customer received the tracking number, it is up to the customer to contact the shipping agency for address correction.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Stellar Built is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

Order Cancellation/Modification

Once the order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or if the package is unclaimed, additional shipping costs will be applied for reshipment.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that your received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof or purchase.

To start a return, contact store@stellarbuilt.com for Return Reference Number. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Stellar Built Store – 2270 Dale Ave, Sacramento, CA 95815.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like stickers and decals.
We do not accept returns on sale items, only regular priced items may be refunded.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method withing 10 business days. Please remember it can taker some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.


We do not process any direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange any items, you would return the item as stated above, then simply place a new order online for the items you would like in exchange.
